To strengthen their corporate presence and support growing operations, Gujarat Property appointed us to deliver comprehensive interior design consultancy for their Corporate Office located in GIFT City (Gujarat International Finance Tec-City), India’s first operational smart financial district. The goal was to design a professional, efficient, and client-centric workspace that reflects the organization’s credibility, modern outlook, and leadership in the real estate sector.
Our design strategy focused on creating a contemporary corporate environment that balances functionality, aesthetics, and brand identity. As a real estate consultancy, the office needed to project trust, professionalism, and efficiency while also facilitating frequent client interactions, confidential discussions, and team collaboration.
Careful space planning ensured optimal utilization of available area while maintaining openness, smooth circulation, and visual clarity. The layout was designed to support daily operations seamlessly — from welcoming clients to conducting negotiations and internal coordination.
The reception area was conceptualized as a strong first-impression space that communicates reliability and sophistication. A sleek reception desk, clean architectural lines, and subtle branding elements establish a welcoming yet distinctly corporate ambiance.
Adjacent to the reception, a dedicated informal meeting area was designed to accommodate walk-in clients and quick consultations. Comfortable seating arrangements, soft lighting, and strategic zoning allow for relaxed conversations without compromising privacy or disrupting the main workspace. This zone plays a crucial role in enhancing client experience and engagement.
Efficient workstation planning forms the operational core of the office. Modular workstations were designed to maximize seating capacity while maintaining adequate spacing for comfort and movement. Ergonomic furniture, organized cable management, and optimized lighting contribute to a productive work environment suited for long hours and technology-driven tasks.

A compact yet functional pantry area was incorporated to provide employees with a comfortable break space. Designed with durable materials and easy maintenance in mind, the pantry contributes to workplace well-being and informal interaction among staff, which can enhance morale and productivity.
The completed corporate office provides Gujarat Property with a future-ready workspace that strengthens its brand presence within GIFT City’s rapidly evolving business ecosystem.
