We were appointed as comprehensive interior design consultants to deliver a modern, functional, and brand-aligned workspace for Gujarat Property’s Marketing Office at GIFT City. The objective was to create an efficient corporate environment that enhances client engagement, supports advisory and brokerage operations, and reinforces the company’s strong presence in Gujarat’s competitive real estate market.
The design philosophy centered around creating a sophisticated yet welcoming office environment that aligns with the brand identity of Gujarat Property. A refined color palette combined with contemporary materials was selected to achieve a clean and polished aesthetic. The space planning emphasized openness, efficient circulation, and clear zoning between client-facing and operational areas. The reception area serves as the face of the marketing office and plays a crucial role in shaping client perception. Designed with a modern and elegant approach, the reception features a well-defined welcome desk, brand-integrated backdrops, and comfortable seating arrangements.
