To achieve this vision, Anand Group appointed us to deliver comprehensive interior design consultancy and Project Management Consultancy (PMC) services for their corporate house. The objective was to create a workplace that is functional, efficient, future-ready, and aligned with the company’s identity as a technology-driven, service-oriented organization in the cooling solutions domain.
Our engagement covered end-to-end interior design and project management for the complete corporate office fit-out. The scope included space planning, concept design, detailed design development, material selection, coordination with vendors and consultants, execution supervision, quality control, and project delivery management.
The reception area was designed as a welcoming yet professional entry point that communicates the brand’s reliability and scale. A clean, contemporary aesthetic with premium finishes establishes an immediate sense of trust and credibility. The reception desk was strategically positioned for visibility and efficient visitor management, while integrated branding elements reinforce corporate identity. Thoughtful lighting design enhances the ambience, making the space inviting without compromising on formality.
Adjacent to the reception, the client waiting lounge was designed to provide comfort and convenience for visitors. Plush seating, warm materials, and a calm color palette create a relaxed environment while maintaining a corporate tone. The layout allows privacy for informal discussions, and integrated display elements subtly showcase the company’s products, achievements, and milestones. This space serves as a transitional zone that reflects hospitality and professionalism simultaneously.
The main workspace was planned using an efficient open-office layout that maximizes seating capacity while ensuring comfort and workflow optimization. Ergonomic workstations, acoustic considerations, and adequate circulation paths were key priorities. The design promotes collaboration while minimizing distractions, with strategic zoning to separate high-activity areas from focused work zones. Integrated storage solutions keep the workspace organized and clutter-free, supporting operational efficiency.
For teams requiring greater concentration or handling sensitive tasks, semi-enclosed cubicles were incorporated. These spaces balance privacy and accessibility, enabling focused work without complete isolation. Acoustic panels, optimized lighting, and functional layouts enhance user comfort and productivity.
Executive cabins were designed to reflect authority, sophistication, and comfort. Premium finishes, custom furniture, and subtle branding elements create spaces suitable for decision-making, confidential discussions, and client meetings. Each cabin balances aesthetics with practicality, ensuring adequate storage, seating, and technology integration while maintaining a clean, uncluttered look.
Multiple conference rooms of varying capacities were planned to support internal meetings, presentations, and client discussions. Equipped with modern audiovisual infrastructure, these rooms are designed for seamless communication and collaboration. Acoustic treatment, ergonomic seating, and controlled lighting ensure a productive meeting environment. Flexible layouts allow the spaces to adapt to different meeting formats, from boardroom discussions to training sessions.
The cafeteria was envisioned as more than just a dining area — it serves as a social hub where employees can relax, interact, and recharge. The design incorporates a warm, inviting atmosphere with durable materials suited for high usage. Flexible seating options accommodate individuals as well as groups, encouraging informal collaboration and team bonding. Adequate ventilation, hygiene considerations, and efficient circulation were key planning factors.
Beyond design, our PMC services ensured that the project was executed smoothly, on schedule, and within budget. We coordinated with contractors, suppliers, and consultants, monitored site progress, maintained quality standards, and resolved technical challenges proactively.
