Our firm was appointed as the interior design consultant for the Adani Realty Marketing Office at GIFT City, Gujarat. GIFT City, India's first operational smart city and international financial services centre, demanded a workspace that reflected global standards while staying rooted in the brand's strong Indian identity. The intent of the project was to create a modern corporate office interior that enhances functionality, strengthens brand presence, and offers a refined experience for both clients and employees.
The scope of work included end-to-end interior design and execution services for the marketing office. This covered detailed space planning, interior design development, and on-site execution of all interior fit-outs. Key areas designed as part of the project included the reception area, informal client meeting spaces, open workstations, and pantry facilities. Each space was thoughtfully designed to support daily operations while maintaining a consistent design language throughout the office.
The reception area was conceptualized as a welcoming and impactful space that sets the tone for the entire office. Informal meeting areas were designed to facilitate comfortable discussions with clients, promoting openness and collaboration. Workstation planning focused on ergonomics, efficiency, and flexibility, ensuring a productive work environment for the team. The pantry was designed as a functional yet visually appealing breakout space, encouraging short pauses and informal interactions.
In addition to interior finishes and furniture planning, the project involved the coordination and integration of essential office infrastructure systems. These included electrical systems, fire alarm systems (FAS), CCTV surveillance, and public address (PA) systems. All services were seamlessly integrated within the interior design to maintain a clean, uncluttered aesthetic while meeting safety and operational requirements. Careful coordination between design, services, and execution teams ensured smooth implementation without compromising design intent.
The interior design concept focused on creating a bright, modern, and vibrant corporate workspace that aligns with Adani Realty's brand identity. A balanced palette of bright colours, neutral tones, and accent elements was used to add warmth and character to the space. High-quality materials were selected for flooring, wall finishes, furniture, and lighting to ensure durability, comfort, and long-term performance.
Attention to detail and superior workmanship were key priorities throughout the project. Lighting design played a significant role in enhancing spatial quality, with a combination of ambient and task lighting used to support functionality while highlighting architectural and interior features. The overall result is a cohesive, professional, and visually engaging office environment.
